“This Dojo is what you want for your child, whether you are brand new to the idea of Karate or have a great understanding of the method Hanshi and his team are Excellent teachers and Mentors. My daughter has been here for a year and not only does Hanshi Robert Torres lead with dedication he teaches mind, body, control while making it so fun for the kiddos. We have even had a few private lessons with Ms. Rodrigez and she was delightful and patient to my 8 yr old who just need a little 1 on 1. I would recommend this dojo to anyone who wanted a place that feels like a community in the Karate world. Its Amazing!”

“Crescent Moon Karate is a gem of a dojo in LA! My whole family train here in both karate and jiu jitsu. Hanshi Robert Torres is a wonderful teacher who really strives to lead by example. He is a sixth degree black belt in karate and a black belt in BJJ. The kids love him and he strikes a great balance between being fun and friendly but also firm and disciplined. We've been at this dojo since my son was four and this year will mark our tenth year training with CMK! 10/10 would recommend.”

“Really ! It is a very cozy place for the family. Since it allows us to witness our children's abilities up close. Super recommended. You have comfortable schedules so that the children are constantly skilled with this art. It is also super close to the home area.”
