How we use it

We use what you submit to reply to your inquiry, arrange your first class or party, and answer your questions. If you register for the starter package, we use your details to schedule and run that program.

Who can see it

Form submissions are stored so our staff can follow up with you. Access is limited to Crescent Moon Karate staff and the service providers that host this website and store our inquiries on our behalf.

Children's information

Forms on this site are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian. We only ask for a child's first name and age so we can recommend the right class or plan a party.

Spam prevention

Our forms include hidden anti-spam checks. These look at automated submission patterns only and do not collect additional personal information about you.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you submitted at any time. If you no longer want us to contact you, tell us and we will stop.
